Provide what you hold
Make authoritative records useful to approved applications. Explore how one source connection could serve more customers while your platform keeps control of access.
The records behind a transaction.
Useful wherever they’re needed.
A payment, its receipt and its tax details often live in different systems. We’re building a shared network to find, match and deliver the permitted records to the software that needs them.
Find the authoritative invoice, payment or transaction context a workflow needs. Match related records and return a result the receiving software can use.
Designed for scoped, authorised requests. Sources decide what can be shared, with whom and for which purpose, without surrendering their datasets.
Make each connector useful to all approved participants. The goal is broader coverage with less repeated integration work across the network.
A participant can provide records for one use case and request them in another. Each request needs a valid right to access those records, a permitted purpose and the source’s approval.
Our initial focus
Hotel stays bring the problem into focus: payment, booking, invoice and tax details can sit in different systems. Our first pilot will explore connecting those records for expense, tax and reconciliation workflows.
A business has the hotel payment on its card statement. Its finance team still needs the invoice to account for the trip.
€427.60
The payment is recorded.
The invoice still needs chasing.
Illustrative hotel-folio example. Autally could bring records from the hotel PMS and restaurant POS together in the company’s expense app. Retrieval depends on participating sources, available data, and authorization.
The aim: retrieve the invoice from its source, with authorization, so travellers spend less time collecting paperwork and finance teams can reconcile the stay.
We’re looking for hospitality and POS systems, payment and receipt platforms, and financial applications to shape a useful first connection. A platform may both provide and retrieve records.
Make authoritative records useful to approved applications. Explore how one source connection could serve more customers while your platform keeps control of access.
Bring the invoice, payment or booking context your customer needs into your product. Start with one defined workflow and the permissions it requires.
The pilot should test more than a single retrieval. Can the same connector support another approved application or source, with less repeated integration work?
A receipt or accounting platform could provide records it holds and request others it lacks. A shared connection could widen useful coverage and reduce separate integrations. Each participant keeps its own customer experience and decides which permitted requests to fulfil.
Autally Exchange is in development. Hospitality is our initial focus for a proposed pilot. We’re looking for partners to validate data availability, access permissions, record matching and delivery into a financial application. The broader network and AI-agent access remain the long-term vision.
Whether you hold the records, need them in your product, or want to explore the company vision, we’d like to hear from you. Start with a conversation about one useful workflow.
